Reviews
As two complete glass novices, Penny was a fabulous teacher who explained every step clearly and made the whole process feel approachable and fun. With a small class of four, it felt personal, and she was able to give everyone plenty of guidance and support. You can truly see her love for the craft in the way she teaches.
We honestly cannot explain how much we enjoyed the class and can’t wait to come back and create more pieces. Penny makes sure you leave with a finished piece, and Mum and I were ecstatic with what we made.
If you’ve ever wanted to try creating stained glass, I highly recommend doing it with Penny.

She’s done it again - Penny, you are amazing! This sweet little birdy on his blossomy perch looks like he’s been here forever, and made just for us (which he was!) Check out Penny’s work, and if you are lucky enough to be in Perth, sign up for one of her classes!!

Hubby and I spent a lovely day with Penny of Possums Run Studio trying our hand at making a leadlight panel for our front window. Penny offers such a relaxed and helpful environment to achieve beautiful Leadlight pieces.

The Kangaroo Paw - Love it!! A beautiful piece of art by the gifted Penny. I keep moving it around the house to display it at its best. I am just thrilled with it. Thank you.

Thank you Penny for a fantastic fun day at your workshop. It was my first time doing glass foiling - you were very professional and patient and I loved it. If you want to try something different, I highly recommend trying glass foiling at Possums Run Studio.

I recently attended the one-day Stained Glass Foiling (Tiffany Method) Workshop at Possums Run, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! It is the perfect creative escape from the city. Our instructor, Penny, is an absolute gem! She is an incredible Master Glass Artist and a joy to learn from. I had a blast getting to know her throughout the day. Because the workshop was just us two (usually 4) the individual tuition was unmatched. (Penny) made sure to patiently assist us whenever our lack of skill with glass cutting showed, turning a tricky process into a fun learning experience. By the end of the afternoon, I walked away with a polished, stunning piece of handmade glass art. Almost good enough to sell! ;) Penny goes above and beyond to make sure you go home with a beautiful piece you are genuinely proud of. I had such an amazing time that I already plan to do it again soon. Whether you want an unusual weekend activity or want to learn a beautiful craft, this studio is an absolute must-visit!

Penny was a lovely and patient teacher, leading us through an amazing class for the multiple skills you need for Stained Glass Foiling. The workshop was nestled in a beautiful forest setting and the day truly vanished while I was well and truly lost in what I was doing. I would recommend to anyone who loves working with their hands!

Penny, I love the Kimono - it has turned out great, you are so clever. It is certainly a one of a kind piece of art. Thank you, thank you and thank you!
